Re: How do I transfer my saved games data (Smurf, Tap Zoo, Tiny Zoo) from my iPhone 1st Generation to iPad2? btw, do you know that smurf's has Iphone and Ipad version or one version for both? I used to be a pretty big gamer some years ago and it drove me nuts to have to lose my saves and start all over again, so make sure that you do more research on this!ĭid you try the below before? I found this article from another guy in our community. I don't want to give you the wrong information. This makes it sound like you do have to use a backup to restore the game progress. I found this from the Beeline support site - you can read it. If the game that you are playing is Smurf's Village - that appears to be a universal app meaning that it is optimized for the phone and for the iPad as well and if you download it again to the phone - it should be the same version of the game that you were playing on the iPad - from what I can see in iTunes. I think that there are some games that actually sync to the cloud - meaning that your saved game data is stored on the game's server and if that is the case - then restoring from the backup does not apply in those cases. If this guy says that it will work - he would know better than me. I was basing my answer on what I know about how app data is saved on the iPad.
